The round shell is CNC machined from a SOLID billet of 6061 T6 aluminum - as are the mounts which they are connected to. The 50mm bulb is held in with a stainless steel Spirolok® ring that keeps thrust pressure against the Viton® o-ring to prevent vibration of the bulb while maintaining it in position. With the one piece design of the round shell there are no cross threading of soft threads! The only billet light to complete the Baja 1000. Also, on a winning quad!
